What is the return policy?
You have 30 days to decide whetehr or not our mats work for your space. We will accept an unused mat with no visible damage.
When will I get my order?
Orders are ready for pick-up the same day 9 AM - 7 PM. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can you come and install it? Is it hard?
Most of the times no special tools or accessories are needed for the mats to be installed. Just place them around the area you wish to cover, and since they are not slippery - they will stay on one spot.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
